The sweltering heat did not stop fun-seekers who converged at the second edition of A Sunday Affair [ASA] yesterday. TREC’s Phase 2 campaign opened with ASA with much fanfare at the city’s latest lifestyle and F&B hangout at Jalan Tun Razak.
Celebrating local music – and the upcoming album of Madchester and Britpop-influenced band Bittersweet, ASA also presented a larger F&B fare and activities along Electric Boulevard. Adding to the festivities along the strip were indie retailers. ASA, which is co-organised by TREC and music collective LapSap [comprising artistes Blink and XU], will return next month with more surprises in its music programming as well as fringe activities.
To accommodate the growing traffic and crowd, TREC’s new multi-storey carpark, which can be accessed via Jalan Kampung Pandan, opened yesterday. Free all-day parking at this carpark till May 2016, while standard rates apply at TREC’s basement carpark [at Zouk KL] that is accessible from Jalan Tun Razak.
TREC now has 1,000 carpark lots [two carparks] and within the estate.
