Fast rising stars Sick Elektrik are riding high off the back of their début releases The Sunrise and Sax Offender which had massive support from the likes of Denis Ferrer, David Tort, Jonathan Peters and featured alongside Afrojack, Laidback Luke and Steve Angello on Summer Clubbing 4 for Nervous Records NYC.
The pairs next single ‘Gypsy Kings’, a house monster sampling the classic ‘Bamboleo’, charted high amongst the big hitters in the Beatport top 100 and hit the number 1 spot on the Nervous Records beatport download chart as did the remixes EP a month later! Gypsy kings was a 2010 summer anthem getting huge support from Oscar G, Theo, Jonathan Peters and Denis Ferrer, the track has seen it’s fair share of bootlegs and thousands of hits on YouTube and has raised the roof at Pacha Ibiza and Pacha NYC!
The duo proved they had plenty more up their sleeves too with a huge remix of Space Ibiza Resident Elio Riso’s ‘Curiosity Killed the Sax’ on Oliver Lang’s Dojo Music followed by ‘Twisted Carnival’ then ‘Vexed’ on Sonny Wharton’s Whartone Records the latter getting airplay on radio shows across the globe, most notably on Roger Sanchez’s Release Yourself Show.

Clubbers have also seen the pair raise the roof at various events and festivals from the Wickerman festival in Scotland to the Residents Terrace at Creamfields 2 years in a row!
This along with summers of travelling the UK and Europe have seen the duo play on the same bill as Pete Tong, ATFC, Steve Lawler and more.
An amalgamation of 3 deck mixes and mind blowing use of the Pioneer EFX 1000, DJM 2000 and Native Instruments Maschine set Sick Elektrik apart as a highly technical act with an infectious enthusiasm that cannot be ignored.
