Freq’show – Day 1: Flamboyant Freqshow
A parade of performers in true Halloween fashion – and its open invitation to revellers in costumes, as the night is set against the rousing kaleidoscope of soundscapes from bass, house to techno and disco from a stellar cast of DJs including 2ManyDJs (BE) and Hot Chip (UK).
2MANYDJs (BE)
They are masters in blending the finest products of music into a catchy, fun and all-intriguing groove exploration. Expect politically incorrect prog-rock to funky r&b, hiptrap to banging German techno. The Dewaele brothers have it in their record collection from Japanese geisha Hanayo covering ‘Joe le Taxi’, Adult Finnish disco from Ural 13 Diktators, sleazy Peaches to classics from The Velvet Underground, The Breeders, The Residents, Sly And The Family Stone and Nena.
Hot Chip – DJ Set (UK)
The Grammy and Mercury-nominated Hot Chip hasve pushed the boundaries of pop music. In 2003, they signed to Moshi Moshi and saw the release of Hot Chip’s first studio album Coming On Strong, an ambitious record that displays a distinct aversion to the aggressive nature of processed digital dance music, reintroducing listeners to its original spirit. Hot Chip were later joined by Felix Martin, Al Doyle and Owen Clarke who brought their unique skills to complete the indefatigable five-headed pop colossus.
Doorly (UK)
Discovered by Pete Tong when he played at one of Doorly’s Afterparty Warehouse events. Doorly was offered a Live Radio 1 Essential Mix. His resume reads: producer, DJ, radio presenter and promoter – and from dj-ing in Time Square (New York), touring alongside Fatboy Slim, recording two BBC Radio 1 Essential Mixes to producing and spinning live for Usher and Nicki Minaj and sharing the stage with Prodigy before 65,000 people.

Mekanika, an audio-visual extravaganza, will juxtapose against today’s rich comtemporary electronic dance music to the likes of Glowinthedark (NL), Marco V (NL), Morgan Page (US) and Wolfpack (BE), played out to a riot of nocturnal creatures.
GLOWINTHEDARK (NL)
GLOWINTHEDARK is a Dutch DJ/Producer duo from Den Haag consisting of Albert Harvey (1986) and Kevin Ramos (1987). Albert Harbvey and Kevin Ramos both grew up in the Netherlands.
Marco V (UK)
Within the ranks of DJ MAG Top100 for 10 consecutive years, Marco V’s indisputable position at the helm of the techier side of Dutch dance music continues to explode across the burgeoning international music scene.
Morgan Page (US)
Grammy-nominated producer/DJ Morgan Page delivers a unique and undeniable perspective. He has become a seismic presence in North America, plating in Coachella, Electric Daisy Carnival, Electric Zoo and shos in the biggest clubs.

Wolfpack’s 2011 debut Tomorrowland performance floored Belgian superstars Dimitri Begas & Like Mike that latter signed the duo to their Smash The House (STH) label.
