Competing with other talented nominees and producers, Skrillex’s Bangarang won the Best Dance Recording and Best Dance/Electronica Album at the 55th Annual Grammy Awards. The dubstep king Skrillex took over by claiming the award over Avicii, Calvin Harris, Swedish House Mafia and Al Walser in the Best Dance Recording.
While in the Best Dance/Electronica Album category, Skrillex won over Steve Aoki “Wonderland”, The Chemical Brothers “Don’t Think”, Deadmau5 “Album Title Goes Here” and Kaskade “Fire & Ice”.
Skrillex wins under Best Remixed Recordings, Non-Classical category, for his track collaboration remix on Nero’s “Promises”.
