KUALA LUMPUR, 6 December – HP Malaysia, in collaboration with local singer-songwriters Daiyan Trisha and Nik Qistina, today announced the premiere of the ‘Ini Ekspresiku’ music video. The #ekspresikami campaign was designed to bring Malaysian youths together and share their creative expression powered by the HP Pavilion x360.
Alongside the two artists, 10 talented winners from the HP #ekspresikami contest were chosen to be featured in the music video. HP reached out to Malaysian youths nationwide inviting them to submit a cover of them singing or dancing to the chorus of the song. Over 300 expressed themselves in their submission to HP’s #ekspresikami contest.
‘Ini Ekspresiku’ is an original song by HP, Daiyan Trisha and Nik Qistina, to champion self-expression and the ability to power through hardship to redefine success. “I think it’s important to encourage youths to chase their ambitions and let them know that bad days don’t last, and it only builds them to be stronger” Daiyan Trisha, singer, songwriter and actress.
“HP believes in nurturing the communities it works in to make life better for people everywhere,” said Fayza Mohamed Amin, Managing Director, HP Malaysia. “I’m proud that we are encouraging our youths with positivity and the impetus to succeed beyond just technology and play a part in the future of the nation.”
To conclude HP #ekspresikami, HP Malaysia will be giving away a HP Pavilion x360. The HP Pavilion x360 provides young creators such as Daiyan Trisha and Nik Qistina who are constantly on-the-go a platform to easily collaborate and seek inspiration from each other.
