This week, we will be taking Clubbing9 back to the past. This will be special week, because, you can have a look through how our site look like a few years back in 2006 and we will be featuring the DJs that we supported back then. Currently we don’t have any backup of the old site but we will dig out the memories from the brain of the founder of this site. Back in 2006, the site was created using HTML hardcoding, we have to update it manually daily, on events, djs, everything aren’t perfect back then like today. We have our active forum, game room, online radio, chatbox etc.
Let’s talk about the DJs, we have been supporting DJ Van, DJ Nicky C, DJ Susan (JB), DJ Zoie T, CBell J and… more from the start. For clubs listing, we covered on Thai Club, Zouk Club, The Loft @ Zouk KL, Liquid Bar, Passion, Espanda (known as Emporium back then), Ruums, Rush (Phileo Damansara) and more! That is year 2006 and beyond, on Clubbing9.com.my.
Our active forum are supported by friends and clubbers, organized club gathering at Maison, Base Club, Poppy Garden & The Mardigras 1U. We have changed the layout of the site and improving it from time to time. We have part time models as our website ambassador, Renee and Jessy Lim.
All this only will happens with the support from friends and of course, you. Lastly, stay tuned for the dj featuring on our supporting DJs. Let’s get Back to Basic. Again. All this will be featured in Know Your Malaysian DJ Guide. Stay tuned.
