Nearly three years since its inception, the five-zone entertainment/nightlife enclave TREC is set for the launch of its first block, Electric Boulevard – a highly-charged street destination that now houses unique F&B venues that are specially curated providing an array of offerings for different audiences.
The launch of Electric Boulevard kicks off this Friday [Dec 4] as 13 F&B brands have opened along the street, and the launch culminates to TREC’s first NYE event on Dec 31. There are programmes for the upcoming launch and they are:
1.Great F&B deals at a minimum of 20% off from the total bill from 6pm-11pm from Dec 4 till Dec 31.
2. Free Uber rides to and from TREC when you key in the code TRECKL.
3. Week-long bar hop programme, TREC Journey Card, where lucky ones get to wine and dine for free, from Dec 4 to 11.
This month, another three homegrown concepts will set foot at Electric Boulevard, adding to nearly 20 bars, clubs and eateries. Electric Boulevard is the first phase of the 7-acre TREC – Malaysia’s largest and first purpose-built entertainment estate by KL-based TREC Holdings.
TREC’s curated attractions includes comedy club LOL, Live House, Red Room, Artebar, COMO, Ikki, Friendscino, Starbucks, Meja, Hacha Mecha and Donkey & Crow.
Joining the current F&B venues this month are Nicsmann 1940s by Lewrē, Supperclub and one of KL’s most well-loved establishments, The Social. With the new additions next month, this adds to a total of nearly 20 F&B brands, excluding luxury car brand Mercedes-Benz taking a commercial space at Electric Boulevard as its showroom.
Electric Boulevard’s launch is a milestone for TREC, adds TREC’s co-founder Dato’ Douglas Cheng. “This is a glimpse of what is to come as the development takes shape over the next few months.” Tenancy of TREC, which comprises 77 units [including Electric Boulevard] currently stands at 75 per cent.
