ZoukOut 2014: Lead’s Up To Asia’s Biggest Music Festival

Get ready for Asia’s biggest electronic dance music festival in three weeks’ time. This year, ZoukOut promises to be a bigger, bolder affair, with four Pre-Official ZoukOut Parties being organised regionally in Singapore, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur and more recently, in Hong Kong – and a global collaboration with Ibiza’s International Music Summit [IMS] 2014 at W Singapore on Dec 11, with Zouk’s founder Lincoln Cheng and resident Jeremy Boon among the panel of speakers.

The panel includes superstar DJs – Richie Hawtin, Damian Lazarus and Steve Angello – who are set to lit up the sandy beaches at ZoukOut on Dec 12 and 13. Zouk’s collaboration with IMS amplifies the superclub’s commitment in promoting and raising more awareness for electronic dance music. The influential summit hosted by BBC Radio 1’s Pete Tong aims to unite the industry, as well as to educate the wider world about the opportunities, challenges and current successes in the region.

The month-long lead-up to ZoukOut, which kicked off on Nov 15 in Fly Club [Hong Kong] with Zouk’s resident jock Lincey, will culminate to the two-day festival on Dec 12 and 13 that will see the biggest global DJs on the planet performing to thousands of fans and music lovers from Singapore and all over the world.
