The rain didn’t stop thousands of revellers who converged onto the sandy beaches for Day 2 [Dec 12] of ZoukOut, as Asia’s largest outdoor electronic music festival wraps up the 15th edition with its sunrise set the next morning at 8.00am with Zouk resident jock Hong at the Star Stage, and Formative at the Moon Stage.
This weekend’s ZoukOut 2015 [Dec 11 & 12] drew some 45,000 revellers to Siloso Beach, Sentosa. The two-festival that featured some of the biggest global acts – Armin van Buuren, Tiesto, NERVO, R3HAB, Axwell^Ingrosso, Andrew Rayel Oliver Heldens, Claude Vonstroke and more – alongside Singapore talent at the Kaleidoscope Arena by Lush99.5FM. ZoukOut 2015 saw 40 per cent/20,000 foreign visitors from around the region – Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, Korea and Vietnam.
The ZoukOut VIP Experience
The multi-million dollar electronic dance festival, organised by Zouk Singapore, delivered top-notch production of sound and visuals, and mesmerising pyrotechnics, plus fringe activities along Siloso Beach. This year, Zouk upped the ante and brought the ultimate VIP clubbing experience to the festival with an expanded VIP section, which is a prime location from the crowd at the Moon Stage, where DJ Snake, Kaskade, Porter Robinson and Headhunterz [Day 1] as well as Armin van Buuren, Andrew Rayel, NERVO, R3hab, Oliver Heldens and Axwell^Ingrosso [Day 2], played.
The VIP tent offered premium tables in three elevated areas. Access to the VIP tent was via a fast-track [separate] entrance for guests, who also enjoyed an attentive, personalised service as
well as bottle-service at their tables, topped off with a “champagne train”.
