5 Easiest Way To Fall Asleep Faster / Sleep Therapy

Have insomnia and are not able to sleep well at night? Check out my way that might help you fall asleep easier. Yes, a good night’s sleep without any distraction or disturbance. After having 5 ways to sleep better at night, now is time to find out additional 5 easiest ways to fall asleep! I’m sure you cut down nightmares, lucid dreams etc that affect your sleep and wake up you in the middle of the night. You will find out yourself waking up healthier and more energetic than before.

It’s a healthy lifestyle, get enough sleep, at least 8 hours sleep so you don’t snore and disturb your partner, you tired, you snore.

Rain Sound App

The rain sound is my favourite sleep therapy method. Just download any rain sound app on Google Play Store, and get an earphone (works perfectly actually!), and you will get discomfort from using headphones on the bed. Play the rain sound, and set a timer for at least 1 – 2 hours. I’m sure you eventually find yourself falling asleep faster than before! Relaxing Music

Make sure no hard-hitting EDM party music, relaxing music like jazz & blues works fine. Best get an earphone as you will only focus on listening to relaxing music and not ambient/surrounding sounds like a car passing by, dog barking, birth chirping etc that might distract you from getting a good night’s sleep.

No Other Activities

Never put laptop, books or electronic gadgets beside your pillow or lamp table. Your bed is only for sleep and other activities.. *ahem* you know.

Drink Milk

Drinking warm milk does help in sleeping easier, but not too much, you will wake up in the middle of the night and go for a pee-pee. Experienced.

Say No To Caffeine

No caffeine, no alcohol, no drinking any liquid before sleep. Make sure you drink before 2 hours and empty your bladder before sleep so it won’t disrupt your sleep will full bladder.

Now here are steps for the easiest way to fall asleep!

1) No drinking liquid before sleep
2) Prepare yourself for sleep – take a hot bath, brush your teeth, and wash your face but make sure to let your hair dry before sleep!
3) Hook up your earphone, play the Rain Sound app, set a timer (it is okay to put a mobile phone beside a pillow), adjust the volume to 55% and Voilà!
4) Sleep till the next morning!
